Do you require a deposit?

A 30% deposit is required for all online bookings, which will be deducted from your total bill.

What if I need to cancel?

Sometimes life gets in the way! If you reschedule your appointment before 48hrs we will transfer your deposit with your appointment. If less than 48hrs is given the deposit will be forfeited.

What if I am not happy with my hair?

No problem at all! Within 2 weeks of having your colour done, please call or email. Sometimes it can be the slightest tweak. Often colour mishaps are a breakdown in communication. I will always make the necessary adjustment to your hair complimentary within that 14 day window. There are no hard feelings.

Where should I park?

There is plenty of free parking in the street.
